SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please allow around 1-1.5 weeks from the day of order for shipping (it could be processed sooner at times). If you wish to expedite your shipping (not production), we are happy to offer Priority Mail 1-3 Days option via USPS for domestic (U.S.) packages and UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-5 Days! Domestic As of 2021, our packages are shipping as usual within the United States via USPS, arriving on time between 2-5 business days. Once packages are shown as delivered on your tracking, we are unfortunately not responsible for any lost packages. International **Although unlikely, once international orders are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost packages or held parcels at local customs and their associated fees. Due to COVID-19, we are shipping to select countries and reserve the rights to change our shipping policy as well as cancel any international orders with full refund including shipping cost. For Canada, Spain and the United Kingdom, packages are arriving with no issues within 7-15 business days via standard USPS First Class Package service. For countries in Asia and Australia, customers are expecting month-long wait or longer with USPS. Please plan accordingly and consider using UPS Expedited shipping service.

​REFUND POLICY

 

If you wish to cancel an order please do so within our 1-hour grace period policy. Otherwise I do not accept refund or exchange once order has been placed. For defective, damaged, or missing orders only, please email me at bethshannon@mac.com within 7 days of receipt and I will of course be glad to assist you! Send a photo of the broken item and I will get on it.
